SUMMARY:Adult Beltane 2026
DESCRIPTION:Adult Beltane 18+ \n\n\n\nAs the wheel of the year turns toward the fire and fertility of Beltane\, we gather once more to celebrate fertility\, vitality\, and the blossoming of life in all forms. \n\n\n\nPlease note: this is an 18+ Adult ONLY event. \n\n\n\nThroughout the weekend\, we will offer a variety of workshops exploring seasonal themes\, spiritual practices\, and creative expression. While final details are still unfolding\, you can expect opportunities to learn\, share\, and grow together. We are also honored to welcome our musical guest\, Spellsinger\, whose enchanting sound will help weave the magic of the weekend into something truly memorable. \n\n\n\nBeloved traditions return this year\, including the joyful and symbolic Maypole dance. We will also host games inspired by strength\, skill\, and camaraderie—open to participants of all genders—bringing a playful energy to the gathering. Community camping and a shared potluck will offer time to slow down\, connect\, and nourish both body and soul. \n\n\n\nAs part of fostering a respectful community space\, we will be bringing back our wristband system. Green wristbands indicate openness to friendly or flirtatious interaction\, while red wristbands signal a preference not to be approached. This system is meant to support communication and comfort\, but it does not replace the importance of consent—please continue to ask and honor boundaries at all times. \n\n\n\nWhether you come to dance\, to learn\, to rest\, or to connect\, you are welcome here. This is a space to be seen\, to belong\, and to celebrate the vibrant energy of life alongside others walking their own paths. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHere at Oak Spirit Sanctuary we believe that everyone should have access to community and spiritual connection. If financial hardship is a barrier\, please don’t let that stop you from attending. We offer options to support accessibility and encourage you to reach out so we can help make your participation possible. For more information click below. \n\n\n\n\nHardship Options\n\n\n\n\nWe welcome vendors to be part of our Beltane celebration. There is no additional fee to vend beyond the cost of event admission. Vendors are kindly asked to contribute a donation to our art raffle or auction—items may be used during this event or saved for future gatherings to support the sanctuary and our community offerings. \n\n\n\nIf you are interested in vending\, please follow these steps: \n\n\n\n\nRegister for the event through our standard attendance registration.\n\n\n\nComplete the separate vendor registration form.\n\n\n\n\n\nVendor registration \n\n\n\n\nIf you would like to be featured in our promotions\, please send us an email with links to your pages\, photos\, and any materials you would like us to share. With that move\, a huge shift started within myself that there was no escaping. I am thankful for those changes every day of my life. As a long-time solitary practitioner of a very eclectic but nature-based path\, I found the spaces and places that fit the pieces of my soul back together like a puzzle in my new surroundings. My two greatest loves\, writing and music began to flow together in the climate of the perpetual beauty of this place I know is the home of my heart. \n\n\n\nMy music is a strong reflection of my walk with the Goddess in all her names and forms \, while also acknowledging and recognizing the rural folk roots of my soul. \n\n\n\nI am a full time Mother\, Lover and Friend\, my life is full and blessed. I am surrounded by people who love and support me daily in the work of making my dreams my realities. \n\n\n\nMy life and the lives of so many others that have touched me along the way are hidden here in the words and melodies of my music. Stories of hope\, despair \, joy and love. Of my relationships with those I follow and those I am still learning so much about. \n\n\n\nThank you\, for joining me on my journey. May you find comfort \, or laughter\, tears or strength in my words somewhere. \n\n\n\nSponsors\n\n\n\nOSS Wishes to thank some special sponsors who have donated items to our raffle baskets. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVendors\n\n\n\n\nStep into The Bone Cabinet and discover a unique collection of wearable art and handcrafted health supplies. This is on a first come/ first served basis. If your request for retreat space is approved\, we will collect the extra payment at registration check-in or have you send it via Paypal or Venmo. \n\n\n\n You will need to email info@oakspiritsanctuary.org to request sleeping space and check on availability. \n\n\n\nYou will need to bring your own sleeping set-up: cot\, inflatable air mattress\, and all bed linens/ pillows. You may use the kitchen for the preparation of your food. \n\n\n\nThe Basics of Camping at OSS\n\n\n\nThe grounds of OSS are open and do not have designated camping sites as one might expect at a state park campground. You may camp anywhere that is not a ritual or community space.  Tent\, pull-behind campers\, and drivable camping vehicles are all allowed. \n\n\n\nCamping is rustic: there are no electric or water hook-ups\, no flush toilets.  Porta-potties are available on site. Frog Bog (shower house) will be in operation for this event.  \n\n\n\nOSS does not offer trash disposal services. Please plan to remove your own trash and recycling. \n\n\n\nPets may attend but must be leashed and under control at all times. \n\n\n\nNatural Laws of Oak Spirit Sanctuary\n\n\n\nWe strongly recommend reading through the “Natural Laws” document to become familiar with the basic policies regarding land use and personal conduct when visiting and camping at OSS. \n\n\n\nAccessibility \n\n\n\nIf you have accessibility challenges and need more information about the grounds or amenities at OSS or how we can best help you\, please contact info@oakspiritsanctuary.org. \n\n\n\nEvent Pricing and Dates of Pricing Changes\n\n\n\nJuly 18th: Online registration opens with an early discount for 2 weeks \n\n\n\nSPECIAL EXTENSION OF EARLY DISCOUNT PRICING! \n\n\n\nEarly registration discount is available through Wednesday August 6th\, ending at midnight! \n\n\n\nAugust 7th: Regular event price begins \n\n\n\nAugust 26th: Online registration ends\, At-the-Gate registration will be available \n\n\n\nEarly DiscountExpired Regular PriceClosedAt-The-GateFull Event$45.$55.$60.Saturday Day Pass$25.$25.$30.\n\n\n\nPlease note that one of the workshops is a special craft that will require extra materials fee. Work vouchers are transferable to others. Must leave event by Saturday night\, midnight. \n\n\n\nPurchase Registration through Zeffy–Closed.\n\n\n\nRegistration “At-the-Gate” will be available \n\n\n\nUse link below. Please note that Zeffy automates its ticketing fees at a certain percentage. You can change this to a different amount (even zero). \n\n\n\nIf you wish to participate in the Dye-Pot Ceremony with Botanical Dyes\, there is a materials fee option in the Zeffy registration process. You have a choice of silk ($10.00) or cotton ($5.00). The fabrics used need to be prepared ahead of time for the dye process\, so we need a count of how many of each kind of fabric are needed. If interested\, please reserve your spot and add your choice of fabric for all who wish to participate when you register for Harvest Homecoming. \n\n\n\nVendors\n\n\n\nVending for merchants and craft people is available at this event. There is no extra fee for vending with your paid registration\, but OSS asks for a donation of an item for use in future fundraising. Please plan on registering online and filling out the vendor application below rather than “at the gate” registration. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFinancial Assistance for Event Attendance\n\n\n\nOSS wishes to decrease barriers to event attendance. If you are experiencing financial hardship that makes it difficult to attend one of the ticketed weekend festivals\, please see the information in the document linked below. \n\n\n\nThis option is now closed for Harvest Homecoming. \n\n\n\nQuestions?\n\n\n\nWe have answers!
